Seventh Sense hereinafter referred to as SS, Registered company number 4062366, whose registered office is Upton Magna Business Park , Shrewsbury , Shropshire , SY4 4TT , UK . The Ultimate Golf Challenge may be abbreviated to UGC.
SS recommends that participants take regular exercise prior to the UGC. SS has the final say as to whether a participant is suitable to finish the challenge. A doctors letter may need to be supplied as proof you are fit enough to take part. If you suffer from severe muscular, chest, heart, or bronchial disorders, are a severe asthmatic or have high blood pressure, you are strongly advised against taking part in the UGC.
SS have public liability insurance and will cover each participant with standard insurance from 10th — 11th June 2006 . If you have personal annual travel insurance please advise SS.

If, once you have been confirmed on the UGC and you wish to transfer your booking to someone else you may do so provided that written notice is given to SS not less than 60 days prior to departure with full details of the transfer. If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, that person must be able to satisfy the conditions set out by SS with regards the minimum sponsorship and payment. If you fall ill or have a medical condition less than the 60 day period your registration donation will be kept and SS will offer you a place on the following challenge a year later.
Any time that is lost on the challenge due to delays beyond the control of the event organisers will be credited at the end of the 24 hour period. The £750 deposit is
non-refundable within 45 days of departure or in the event of the challenge being postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other eventualities which include flight cancellation.
SS have the right to change the itinerary from that of which is displayed on the website and challenge correspondence.
If you do not keep on top of your deposit deadline dates and send in the monies owed on the correct dates your challenge place will be in jeopardy, subject to SS.

You contribute towards the challenge cost through the registration fee, and also pledge to raise a minimum amount of money (£1,500) for Everyman. SS pays the balance of your expedition costs from the minimum sponsorship,
SS will not provide an extended return flight ticket, if you wanted to extend your visit this would be a separate cost to yourself, SS would not be involved in this arrangement
You will not require a Visa. SS will take no responsibility if you have an invalid or forgotten passport. You will not need a driving licence. Please bring an E111 form.
Any complaints during your challenge trip must be made to the SS Event Manager. If the problem can’t be sorted out whilst on the trip please make a written complaint which will be investigated thoroughly, please send your complaint to Nick Ruffles, Director of Events, Upton Magna Business Park , Shrewsbury , Shropshire , SY4 4TT .
Any information or advice given to you on matters such as Visa, clothing, equipment, food, exercise is given in good faith.
By signing the registration form you agree to accept the authority and decisions of the UGC Event Managers.
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you are aware that the challenge, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which may include physical exertion, weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change.
